FAQs

I’m very out of shape – will the classes be too difficult?

Juliet encourages you to tune in to your body and go at your own pace.  She does not operate under the mindset of “no pain, no gain”. Safety and proper form is her focus and ensuring that you get the best workout at your fitness level. Modifications for movements will always be provided. However, you will be challenged and you will realize your amazing potential.

I am overweight and self-conscious about it. Will there be other overweight people in the group class?

There will most likely be others who are overweight and feeling the same as you. You will be surrounded by inspiration and with peers that all aspire for the same thing….to get in shape and to feel confident and happy.

If I am not able to do all of the movements the first time I come to class, can I come to other classes?

Absolutely.  Juliet encourages you to come to several classes in order to become acquainted with the exercises. If you are new to a class like ZUMBA, for instance, you may be just getting introduced to the movements the first class.
