My Mission

To help others achieve satisfaction in their life through wellness. In other words, guiding people toward optimal wellbeing is my primary objective. Wellness is approached from 2 perspectives: prevention and holism. Prevention involves minimizing the risk of lifestyle related diseases and disabilities. Holism refers to integration of multiple dimension–physical, mental, emotional–of a human being. Self-empowerment is fostered, allowing the process of wellness, and encouraging it as a way of life.
