“After years of being injured and loafing around I started to look for a personal trainer. About 10 seconds after our first session ended, I asked her if I could hire her for an additional 40 sessions. She took the time to create a plan that catered to my physical limitations and goals. If something didn't agree with me she has had a backup ready to go. We're now about 4 weeks into our training, each week I feel myself progressing towards my goals (and looking forward to Pilates).
